The MAX BURN circuit. Ready?

Add this to this week’s Fit2Flex50 workout and you’ll have those lady abs in no time ^^

I added 30 sec of KB swings + 30sec KB squats + 30 sec jump rope before the run. I used a 10-lb kettlebell 🙂
